We only offer refunds on damaged prints. Please contact us at robjones@animalrummy.com with photographs of the damage within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will send over a return shipping label and Refunds will be processed once the damaged item is returned to us. Please note we will not be able to refund the original shipping amount, only the amount of the print itself.
